1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing
or using our Digital Library services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nonprofit Organization
Temple of Solomon Preservation Association is a registered BC Society dedicated to preserving Western esoteric traditions through public education, digital archiving, and accessible scholarship. All donations support our nonprofit mission.
3. Digital Library Access
Access tiers are donation-supported:
Public Library: Free browser previews (no download).
Library Supporter ($25 CAD one-time): Full view + download access.
Premium Patron ($100 CAD): Complete access + priority features such as short courses.
Donations are processed via Zeffy and are voluntary contributions to our preservation work.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials (PDFs, transcriptions, grimoires, Enochian texts) are copyrighted by Temple of Solomon Preservation Association. Personal study permitted; commercial resale, redistribution, or scraping prohibited.
5. No Download Guarantee
We reserve the right to disable downloads, revoke access, or modify tiers without notice. View-only access prevents bulk downloading.
6. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations are voluntary, irrevocable contributions to our nonprofit mission. No refunds or exchanges for digital access, or donations.
7. Google Drive Terms
Library access uses Google Shared Drives. Users must comply with Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Google account issues.
8. Conduct
Respectful use only. No harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior. Access may be revoked for violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Materials provided "as is" for educational purposes. No warranties. We are not liable for misuse of esoteric/ritual content or spiritual outcomes.
10. Safety Disclaimer
Esoteric materials are historical documents. Practice at your own risk. We provide no spiritual guidance or liability for ritual outcomes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
British Columbia, Canada law applies. Disputes resolved in BC courts.
